Accounting:

We utilize one of the most widely accepted property management and accounting software programs available in the industry. We are highly trained with the product to ensure accurate and precise reporting of your property's information and financial performance.

Inspections:

One of the most important responsibilities of a property manager is to perform various inspections at different periods of time throughout a resident's lease term. Some of these inspections include:

- Move-out inspections;

- Post make-ready repair inspections;

- Resident safety inspections; and

- Resident performance inspections.

Resident Relations and Retention:

Resident satisfaction is of one of the most important elements of successfully managing a property. Our goal is to minimize resident turn-over. Although we adhere strictly to the written lease agreement and all addendums, our residents rely on us to ensure their needs are met and we strive to provide timely response to all of their requests and needs.

Maintenance Coordination:

The majority of all property maintenance is contracted out to reputable local contractors. Our time in this industry has allowed us to be introduced to many very reasonably priced and reliable contractors. The benefit to utilizing outside contractors is having the ability to regularly inspect their work and ensure their prices remain competitive with their competition.
